Learn moreQuarterly TDS and TCS statements, certificates and corrections — now under the new forms of the Income-tax Act, 2025.
Statements for quarters of tax year 2026-27 onwards are filed in the new forms under the Income-tax Act, 2025 and the Income-tax Rules, 2026. Statements for FY 2025-26 and earlier — including corrections — follow the old forms.

The payee can apply for a lower or nil deduction certificate in Form 128 (formerly Form 13). Until the certificate is issued and shared, the normal rate applies. A Form 13 certificate issued before 1 April 2026 remains valid for the period stated in it.
